Here4Youth Shine a Spotlight Nomination Form

The goal of Here4Youth is to increase high-quality services and supports available to all Sarasota children and youth to improve mental health. Shine a Spotlight is designed to recognize outstanding programs in our community helping youth under age 25 and their families to thrive.

Who’s eligible to be nominated?

A service or program nominated by someone other than themselves, preferably by a service user, including community programs and volunteer efforts that are replicable.
A program assisting Sarasota youth with behavioral/mental health issues or their families, or focusing on prevention.
A group willing to be recognized by Here4Youth.
Agencies as a whole are not eligible.
